I have studied fitness and health for over 3o years and they continue to be my passion.  Clients benefit from my innovation, knowledge, experience and energy.  I am certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise), the gold standard of personal training programs.

Program C: Big goal training - for significant changes in body structure
